Savior Machine's self titled album. :D I got a gift card for X-mas and I was finally able to download it.
I wish I could have gotten my grubby little mits on it sooner though. I'm in love with the song Ludicrous Smiles.
But every song from the album is so beautiful and dramatic.

Just watched the 2007 film "Nancy Drew"; it had this song, which is pretty cool:

"Blue Monday" by Flunk. I listened to some of the other songs on the album; not bad, but this is the best as far as I can tell.

Jam Project. I'm trying to get a hold of a wider repertoire than that of Go Nagai's EPs. They rock so much.

[ed]Right now, Dokken, "Dream Warriors", from the eponymous Elm Street film.

Just ran through Demon Hunter: The World Is A Thorn. Absolutely awesome. Using rock and metal to tell the truth.

Hello Tom Waits, why haven't we met before now?

So yes: pretty much anything by Tom Waits I can lay my hands on, because I'm making up for lost time.
Lingering specifically on the album Alice which is about Lewis Carroll. Go figure I'd fall for it.

I can't express what his music has already done for me, in terms of major inspiration. I've never experienced anything quite like it. He's truly a genius. A mad, wonderful genius.

plastic beach by the gorillaz
the only problem i really have with it is that there isn't really a big stand out song for it, most of them are pretty good with a pop/techno thing but none of them are really truly great.
